About us
The hotel industry is not only our profession, it is also our hobby. We deliver results!
Our sales department is currently helping to run sales activities for more than twenty hotels both within The Czech Republic and abroad.
Each month, we perform an audit on more than five hotels and make recommendations to improve their operations.
We do not only provide an advisory service by giving you a to-do list – we perform them in practise.
We cooperate on educational activities with The Association of Hotels and Restaurants and with the Czechtourism agency.

Jan is the founder of the company Hotel Solutions which manage marketing activities for number of hotels in the Czech republic and abroad.
Jan has a detail knowledge of the Prague hotel market and apart from the hotel real estate he focuses on new trends in hotel marketing. He shares his experience and takes part in lectures from the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants and Czechtourism. Jan has graduated from the Institute of Hospitality management in Prague.
Jaroslav has vast experience in hotel operation. He managed the business strategy and development of one of the biggest hotel chains in the country. He mainly focuses on hotel development, product creation and implementation of effective operation tools.
Jaroslav graduated from the International Institute of Tourism. He is the president of AICR (Association of Hotel Managers and he is a valuable member of AHR ČR where he takes part in its Executive council.
Ilona graduated from the Charles University faculty of law in Prague and the University of Passau in Germany. After passing her BAR exams, she worked for one of the biggest Czech real estate investors and for a renowned consulting company. Ilona is currently operating her own legal office with the specialisation in real estate law. She provides legal services all over the Czech Republic. She has published several articles in professional papers and is currently writing her own blog focused on real estate law.
